iphone 16 pro max or Samsung galaxy S25/S24 Ultra

Hi All,
I want to purchase either of these phones during this sale. Which one you recommend and why.

Please also suggest where can i get either of these for less price.

I am currently using iphone 13 and previous device was oneplus 7 pro.

My priorities from top to bottom are Performance, Battery life, Camera.

s25u and 16 pro max won't come very low as far as I know. You might want to wait for 17 pro max and decide, if budget is not an issue. Maybe visit a local shop to see if they are willing to offer you a 16 pro max on discount after the release of 17

I hope 16PM comes under 1L and s25U around 90k and s24U around 70k. 17 pro max will be around 145K which is too expensive.
 
Although I use samsung s series and a big fan of it.
I will suggest getting Iphone 16 Pro max.

You are right you will get it under 1 lakh during this sale.

My reason is, as you are already using iphone, upgrading to it will give be more easy for you.
Secondly, s24/25 ultra feels too big to hold firmly I think.

Rest be it camera, software, features, speed, everything will be top notch.

At this point you can think which one you liked better Android or IOS.

I am using iOS 15 and I recommend you s25
I too plan to move Samsung shortly
Started my iPhone journey from xr and now 15 so I plan to quit this limited or restricted iOS lol

iPhone 16 PM, I am a bit partial towards iPhones though 😄. But recently I saw that the Samsung ONEUI is also catching up. I like their widget looks and 'at a glance' notification feature.

Hmm even though i used iphone from past 3 year i did have my oneplus 7 pro as a secondary device so it didn't bother me much. But as always ios has very very basic features missing that bothers me a lot than any other. So thinking to sell my both iphone 13 and oneplus 7 pro and get samsung s series. But i also kept iphone 16pm in list since it offers better battery and camera. Both ultra and pro max is big isn't it?

Hmmm iphones are great but lacks many basic features i am not even talking about AI but just turning off wifi permanently requires 2 additional steps😭

Na i am not in eco system just iphone and airpods. Airpods are great but my usage is less and it does works similarly in android too just the app is missing.
 
I am using iP16P. Get it only if you daily drive MacOS. Standalone it is good as well but its best used when you pair with a Mac.

Hmm i just have their iPhone and airpods. Just for the battery and camera which PM offers kept that in my list. Otherwise iphone feels boring but it works great and moderate user might not notice these basic misses.

I am using the 14 pro max, iOS 18.6.2, just a single tap for Wi-Fi closing. And by the way, the new redesigned OS - Liquid Glass theme is on the way, releasing probably on 15th Sep.

yes, apples AI game is right now really messed up.

You can choose Samsung, like I said recently, their OS really improved. And their AI is using Gemini, so I am sure that would be amazing.

Ofcourse Samsung s25 is way better than iPhone 16 pm.

A bitter truth is multitasking sucks in ios and they are using the most powerful processor on paper only I think.

Bro, then come to Samsung S series, you will definitely love it!!

I bought Iphone 15 Pro, used it for 15 days, didn't like it, as compared to my S20 last year, so I sold it and bought S23.
I am sure you will not regret buysing S25 ultra in BBD. It's definitely a beast with everything you will need.

Also do try Samsung Dex, GoodLuck app and Samsung Pay (Wallet), these are my favorite. Almost all my credit cards are in samsung wallet. It works seamlessly.

Battery is a pain point in samsung, works for whole day on battery saver.
