Amazon Pay Balance - Star Health Insurance

Has anyone paid Star Health Insurance premium with Amazon Pay Balance (Not the Amazon Wallet). Seems not allowed for me.

Secondly will there be any cash back using Amazon Pay ICICI card for premium payments?

This month it's not fetching my bill
It just throws an error message

"Information

The biller is having a technical issue. Please try later."

Could be the GST changes being incorporated. It may be back by October 1st week.
