SCB ULT (A) PULTA WEIRD BANK

Had a weird experience.. My card was not going through for a transaction repeatedly -scb ultimate.. called scb
.guess what they said - your international transactions are off so domestic transactions won't work!!! stupid stupid bank.. i switched on the international transactions and my domestic one went through!!!! Is this an RBI Case??? Anyone else experienced this? what is happening to SCB.. the girl kept saying that it is the case bcoz of mastercard world**

have to deal directly with scb, visa won't entertain any of those complaints.
