Need suggestion for ITR

Did anyone faced similar scenario before?? Or partial??

Lets say I have joined a company and tax is not calculated as I have joined in the end of the financial year and I choose not to file ITR.

What are the chances that Im going to get a notice to file ITR??

Did anyone get a notice recently or in previous years to file the missing ITR??

Well, if your total income for an year is above the 2.5L floor limit, then yes it is mandatory to file ITR. Also, it's not clear what you mean by joining in the end of financial year. If your first pay got hit in April, it is counted towards next financial year. If it is before that, it adds to your previous year's income.

Go to IT portal, login and check your AIS. Also check your 26AS for the respective assessment years. It should tell everything you need.
