How to track cashback % got for each transaction in SBI Cashback card

I found that there is no direct transaction by transaction details available for SBI cashback card .
in their statement only final cashback amount given.
tried to find but could not see any solution .

As per my limited understanding it should fetch 2187.75 [5% of 43755 (785+35+30000+1900+652+121+10000+262)] + 9.62 (1% of 962 ) = 2197

However, SBI Jokers only gave me Rs 1762 in cashback. Am I making this calculation incorrectly? 🤔 Anyone?

Bhai why don't you call customer care and ask them? Some of the transactions might not be eligible for cashback due to mcc exclusion.

actually is per txn.. formula for 5% categories is integer part of (txn amt)*5% (=rounddown(amount*.05,0) if u use in excel) and txns < 100 don't fetch any reward.

Considering that, for some reason u got 0 reward on swiggy txn of 652, and 2 txns of 962 & 10050 got posted as offline txns, fetching only 1%.

BIG THING - maximize txn got tagged as offline txn!!
I hope its a mistake by sbi card.

Joker told me that Maximize MCC is 5947. How's that possible? And why is Swiggy transaction not eligible? As per excel sheet both Swiggy and Maximize are eligible. Probably, excel sheet is outdated.

Everybody knows this, maximize has 2 MCCs, you got 5947 one and it's excluded in SBI CB.

Maximize has 2 MCCs? Is it like playing Russian roulette or is there any way to ensure the cb? 🙄
