Same issue I faced yesterday. Axis pno replied no issue from axis, contact airtel. Airtel not responding. Absolutely useless customer care team. Never respond to customers. If you have airtel sim, contact airtel BCOS i have jio and unable to reach out to airtel.Last day to pay electricity bill & on airtel app it's giving error Merchant not found just pay credit card v2 bbps electricity -1, utib app null
Uninstalled & reinstalled app, never faced an issue before, is it axis card or bbps issue?
Juspay you're correctDoes it says Just pay or 'Juspay'? If it says Juspay then it's an error with the payment gateway, BBPS use Juspay payment gateway

I dial 88000 12345 it connected me to dedicated relationship team, he told me you've connected to Airtel black, please call 400. I asked him are you sure I've jio it'll connect by just dialling 400? Airtel payment bank is not responsible for it. That's what they have written in email. It is airtel thanks or airtel onlySo who can resolve it cause airtel payment bank asked to call axis card support

They just repeating like Mobile no/postpaid or Airtel payments bank issues only they can support. For app issue they asked to contact "400". That no is for Airtel Payments bank related queries. Maybe anyone know about customer care mail id?Reach out to Airtel
I don't think airtel going to respond and solve within utilities payment due date.
