It is not instant.

Looking to open a new kotak 811 super account with infinity DC LTF. I'm new to bank so I can make the 81,100 IF but I'm clueless on how to do this? I tried opening account through app and it looks like eKYC while the NTB route needs offline kyc? I'm clueless and there is no customer support (email or number) easily accessible for non-customers to get their queries. My nearest Kotak branch is far away and I dont want to go there unless I have answers.
Can someone guide me on how do I initiate a offline KYC? I have got as far as entering adhaar, PAN and providing OTP but closed the page when it mentioned about eKYC.

Yes offline, go to nearest bank branch and tell them you want to open 811 Super account with Infinity DC
