I regret closing my general account, the staff should have said me about this 🥲
That was my first ever bank account too from school days 🥹

Yeah same experience with bob.
Ruined my old and first account, it was sentiment to me.

U were able to directly upgrade to aspire?

My branch said it's not possible and to close the existing account and then open fresh aspire account
And I believe this is the reason I didn't receive welcome kit

Maybe the agent didn't had knowledge.
For my case, they asked me if I'm under 28, asked me to fill AC upgradation form. Took a OTP consent & aadhar ekyc. And I'm upgraded on next day
