Kotak said, they'll not rely on the MCC only. They'll screen for merchant names also. And they'll not provide any cashback if the business is from their exclusion list.

Gusz, please listen. Go on Zomato and add money to Mobikwik. Make sure you receive the OTP message with "MOBIWI" in all capital letters.
Last month, it worked fine for me, but this month I made two transactions that are not reflecting in my account. I think it may have happened because I didn't add โน5000, but there's a catch: if I try 20-30 times, I usually get "MOBIWI."
This month, I've tried multiple times but haven't gotten "MOBIWI" at all. I need to act quickly. I've noticed that on the website, the payment method changes every few minutes in a rotation. If you are lucky enough to see the option, make the transaction quickly and then check your cashback and also if you are not getting do a gap 5 min.
One more thing: do not save your card.

I can see cashback tracker increasing when I make a purchase but abhi tak account mein cashback nhi aaya and I'm about make a few big purchases
