1) The free CIBIL score checks you get are from other apps. You need to install multiple apps for that hogging space and maybe endup with marketing spam calls or notifications via whatsapp too.
2) Let's say you apply for a credit card and checked your CIBIL just before applying for CC application, later the bank rejected your CC application. You ask Nodal or PNO for rejection of reason and they say your cibil score was low, you ask what is the CIBIL score they require and they communicate that you need xxx number of score which you actually possess, how will you dispute with the bank? You can't share screenshots from CRED or Gpay and dispute using it. The bank/ombudsman will ask for a proper Transunion CIBIL report which you cannot obtain at the time of need via these apps.
