Jupiter Gift card Store Launched - Upto 20% Cashback

Jupiter launched their gift card store with upto 20% cashback.

Users can use their Jupiter account, edge card and other UPI accounts and rupay cards.

Amazon pay gift card is available with 3% cashback using Edge card and 1% cashback with other payment methods.

Users can also pay using their Jupiter Jewels balance.

I applied this morning and got digital card today. I am purchasing from 'flipkart minutes' now.
(1) Do I just make normal add to cart and at payment page just add jupiter card detail and I get CB (Just like SBI Cashback) to get 10%CB?
(2) Or I have to buy Flipkart Vouchers from JupiterStore and then make purchase through that to get 10%CB.
(3) If I buy Apay Voucher at 3% CB from jupiterStore, would total CB will be 13%? or its only beneficial for people who have exhausted their ₹500CB limit per brand?

I think @HumorSimpson has cleared most things. Just to add a pro tip: I prefer to purchase fk voucher and then use it to buy stuff instead of buying directly. Reason: when u purchase fk giftcard in fk u can redeem ur fk supercoins while purchasing the giftcard. For eg. While purchasing Rs.1000 fk gift card I can redeem 10 supercoins and then pay remaining Rs.990 using my csb edge+ card. So I can churn out slightly more than 10% CB here.

This is still 10% . As you get 10% only on that 990. No need for this complications, just buy the product and burn the max points.

U get Rs.99 as cashback in jupiter. But when u add that Rs.10 upfront the total discount we get for purchasing Rs.1000 is 109(Approx 11% cashback). The 10 supercoins is just for example(because I had only 10 supercoins left in my wallet). U can use upto 100 supercoins at a time (or 5% whichever is lower). So for Rs.1000 gift card u can use upto 50 supercoins increasing ur net return to 14.5%. Ultimately we can purchase more than 5k worth of gift card using the csb card. If we do direct purchase we can get benefit only upto Rs.5k. Fk doesnt allow us to redeem more than 5% supercoins while purchasing products. So redeeming them for gift cards is a nice way to utilize them along with the csb card.

Your explanation holds the same for a product too , if i buy 1K rs shirt , I would be thrown 950rs price + 50 super coins (assuming i have enuf coins).

For the lost lambs (figuratively, not the lambs of roar pet owners) who are reading in future , the summary of the last 3 posts.

It doesn't matter whether you buy a product or FK GV or any GV on FK and you get 10% upto 500rs using CSB Jupiter Edge+.

BUT when you have FK black (formerly VIP) membership, you are in the eternal earn n burn cycle of super coins. Burning points have some limit per order, lets say you have 222 super coins, you want to buy a ~3K worth items in one order, ideally your burn rate is 5% ie. 150 super coins but FK might allow only 100 sc , in that case you can buy 1K fk gvs worth 3K in 3 separate orders and burn 50*3 sc, use this FK GV to buy the items.

Flipkart plus (or VIP depending on location) allows 5% discount through supercoins, these supercoins expires in 6 months. You can also earn free supercoins by doing silly tasks (5 min product promotion) time to time, those coins expires earlier than super coin earned through purchases. Voucher purchases make sense in this situation, you can just buy stuffs later. We buy from Dmart but I buy supplementary grocery from flipkart, minutes etc. Monthly offers, volume discount, supercoin, CC, Cashkaro everything adds up nicely.

@HumorSimpson is right, from Jupiter we are getting fixed 10% either way.
@Dr.AMAN is also right that utilizing super coin discounts to buy voucher is beneficial if coins are expiring.

Make sure you have unlocked FK silver/ gold status (gets automatically unlocked at 10/20 orders respectively). Then u can redeem ur supercoins for gift cards too. I just purchased a Rs.1000 fk gift card using 50 supercoins discount this morning.

I am flipkart Silver, Tried from app, web, PC. On summary page no option to deduct coins. Works for normal purchases.
Maybe user specific issue for me. When flipkartPay started for mobile recharge through coins it didn't showed up in my account too.

Try again after u reach FK gold. I am at gold status and never had issue redeeming supercoins for gift cards.
