Does IndusInd Bank conduct address verification for those who opened an online IndusInd Zero Balance account? Because today (06-08-25), an agent came to my home for address verification. He called twice; at first, I rejected the call, but the second time, I spoke to the person, and he said he wanted to come to my place for address verification. Then I said okay, come. He arrived in 10 minutes. I checked all the safety checks to ensure he was really from IndusInd Bank; he was a true person. Then he said that if I hadn't received the call the second time, he would have marked my verification as negative. But he arrived, and I saw on his device that he ticked all the options of positive or negative to positive. Will any problems come to my account after this because my account is working fine, and I am only doing UPI transactions?
