Just got a lousy email from kotak grievance redressal team that this infinity metal card is discontinued.
Kotak customer support is outright disgusting

Again got a verbal and email confirmation that the bank has stopped Infinity metal debit card and that whoever received it, will stop working for them too.

Kotak bank is snorting drugs these days. Absolutely sadakchaap customer service.

I will create a new thread about this whole saga.

Kotak took 1 week to activate my kotak 811 ss acc. Absolutely useless executives. I had to send 10-11 emails to nodal and escalation team. Along with 20+ tweets to uday kotak to just get things sorted. Never seen such third class service. Even sbi seems better than kotak.i had option to get metal dc but I opted out. Not interested in fancy dc.

Waise bhi band karne ka soch raha hu
Kam se kam issuance charges bhi waived off ho jate to chalta for existing customers
