Axis mobile number issue

When Axis app was allowing mobile number change for credit cards (OTP level), I changed mobile number on my sister's Airtel Axis card to mine. Now since they removed that option, I need to visit branch to change mobile number.

But what if I apply Airtel card which is visible in my Axis app in pre-approved section? Will it be rejected based on mobile number or it is based on my name, my existing account, D.O.B. or PAN?

I already have Ace and Myzone cards with my mobile number and I do not see any Airtel card related things in my app or NetBanking or even CIBIL.

U mean to say that u have two separate mobile no. with same Customer id and pan.
Or two separate Customer id with same mobile no.

Sis customer ID - Her PAN - Her mobile number

Only for OTP level, her Axis Airtel card has my mobile number. Recently I applied Privilege LTF for her from her Axis mobile app and all communications received to her mobile number including application confirmation OTP. Only Axis Airtel card's OTP is coming to my mobile number.

Its not a problem man. As its already preapproved in app, directly it gets approved and links to same no.

Anyhow not mobile number,
but pan,cust id, cibil matters

I already have 3 axis cards, I will close one card and apply this. Do I need to wait any number of days after closing the existing card or I can apply next day after it is 'closed' from my CIBIL account?
