I'm facing a very unusual problem with Bob world app

My EMT DC was delivered yesterday, but it is still not showing in the app..

Does anyone have any idea about this?

I'm facing the same issue, it been 4days since my card is delivered to me but it is not showing in bob word app. Customer care said it will be visible once the card status is updated to delivered, same can be verified from BoB word App > Request Service > Tracking.

Mine status was still showing in-transit.

Mine is showing delivered in BOB world app - request service - tracking but it is still not visible in app..

Giuys in how many days did it take for you to receive your EMT debit card? I applied for both the RSDC and EMT debit card on 17th July, but there has been no update so far. The virtual debit card is also not showing in the Bank of Baroda app. Customer support is clueless just saying wait for 15 days

Don't remember exactly but it took more than 10 days

I received my RSDC in 1 week and EMT in 10 days and they start showing in app 2 days after applying

Upgrade to super saving account by visiting branch, online not possible.

Can easily take 15-20 days, bob is super slow.
