You have to close your regular account then wait a couple of months then open a new account (super 811) with offline kyc for metal DC.

You can only hope, if that metal offer still stays valid that time, other than that you have no options.

Yeh pehle batao na bhai 😂 tumne likha "regular account" toh mai socha koi hoga old variant account.

Khair phir toh 811 super mai convert karwalo, and metal DC will be paid. Honestly, metal DC jyada pasand nhi aaya. Atm machine mai chalta nhi woh, thick jyada hai.

Is it true that kotak can take back all cashback issued to super account if they found that sage app things?
 
Bro @6ix9ine my mother 811 super savings account opened by kotak executive visit to residence on 25/07/25.
Biometric kyc, and Intial funding to account by QR all done successfully.
But on same day evening, we received SMS and email that full kyc on hold and refund initiated.
But on 26/07/25, received SMS and email that account opened successful. Able to register also and check details.
But again checked the initial funding is refunded on 25/07/25 itself.
Currently have emailed the escalation desk and cc to nodal.
What should I do to get QR funding again to account ?

How much was the funding? Was it for Metal DC?

If not, just add the money from your own account.
 
Not metal. Although he gave an option for 81,100 Funding. But I went with 25k funding. I am confused that with kyc approved, why the hell they refunded the amount ??
Most likely, when the KYC initially failed, the bank refunded the money. It’s a 0 balance account, mate. Just add ₹5K or more and start using it.

You can check your account status by logging into net banking, see if everything is working fine there like account details, your profile details etc.

If everything looks good, then no issues. Also, instead of emailing nodal/pno, call them directly. Call is much faster than email.

Bro, but I wanted to avail some offers with offline kyc and QR funding. If I do it online, I may not be able to avail the offer. I did call the customer care, but they are biding time. So if I visit the branch will they be able to help und by QR ?

And for branch, I don't know and honestly, I don't think branch have any information about the offers. They are not up to date as they are not required to.

They can only assist in closing/opening or any account related issue.

If I were you, I would not waste time and start using the debit card. You have 4 days to spend 10000 and get 500 for this month, else this will be missed.

Bro they are running some summer bonanza campaign. Wherein if you do offline kyc and QR funding it, you get 250/- voucher. Also if you spend 1k within 30 days u get 1k vouchers.
