Hey Everyone,

I redeemed OTT benefit for Amazon Prime and when trying to add the voucher I get "Coupon has already been claimed", any Idea what's going on??

Yeah that would be my next move, but it's kindda strange seeing this happen 🤔

Can happen sometimes..
Better to forgive them if you get unused coupons after connecting with the customer care 😂😂

they will generate new for you tho
just mail 'em

Just to update, it was regenerated, they checked on their end the voucher which was shared to me was deactivated. It's good that they have a bit better systems dealing with coupons
