As I said before, it's user specific. Try mailing Hdfc, have you gotten any reply from them. Today's morning, I got 2 bills scheduled sms one of which is Icici. See the ss. It means it's not icici related problem. This is pertaining to specific users.yes bro there are not getting Scheduled also

If its Cashback card then many are facing payment failure though some reported success here. Better pay from other Platforms or from sbicard app.Autopay Amount debited for SBI CC and same day evening received message from HDFC that payment got failed & will be refunded in 5 days. This is happening since last two months. Removed the card added into BillPay and still same issue happening.

Same here, apparently autopay fails if the bill amount is >> the limit set.Does smartpay refuse to process a bill if the bill amount exceeds the limit set? I was under the impression that it will only process the bill upto the set amount.
