Why RBL indian oil xtra cards is best card?

i Hold indian oil Xtra card from RBL bank which gives 7.5 % + 1 % fuel surcharge. also iam getting 1% for all the spends.
always i'm getting reward point which is convertible into indian oil points without extra cost. no redemption cost. i never suggest to redeem any other category..
i have confusion when and how they add our points are added. i couldn't see after the bill also. sometime while i spend few points are added and when i dont spend i can see more reward points..

There's ₹99+18% gst fee levied each time u transfer RPs to IOCL xtrarewards account.
