Why my sbi credit card bill is not getting scheduled. Tried from both old and new hdfc mobile app😔

Guys small doubt,
After bill is added for smartpay AUTOPAY ENABLED,

1)How many days from Bill Generation(or)
How many days before Due Date
The bill ia moving to scheduled section approxmately
a) is it 7 days before due date bill is moving to scheduled section ??? Or for you different for different credit cards even billing date is same
Ex :- Give some example to understand like when bill date, due date, which date it was scheduled


2) I know the bill will be payed 4 Days before the due date.
Ex :- Due date is July30, then 25 N8 u will get msg and 26th Mrng amount is being debited

So simply I am asking the whole Process Lifecycle or workflow after biller is added

Where do you plan to used Kotak 811 super to pay cc bills?

Thanks all for your responses.

I have deleted all my ICICI billers and added them to Mom's account. Lets see if it pulls the bills and schedules them.

So Conclusion
1) HDFC and HSBC does not work/fetch cashback on HDFC autopay.
2) ICICI is working for most but some users facing issues.
3) SBI cashback is always erratic, sometimes it works sometimes doesn't (even after cashback equavalent buying trick)

I am planning to get Kotak 811 Super on all family member's accounts to pay bills on the remaining billers (4.4/3.8 % effective cashback through savesage)
does anyone know on what date of the next month does Kotak credits the cashback ?
has anyone faced any issues ?

These 2 images will clear your doubts in one go. One is from Hdfc app biller. 2nd is from icici statement.
As soon as statement is generated, it gets scheduled in Hdfc biller in a day or two. Then it gets paid 3-4 days prior to due date. Simple.

After biller is added it may or may not happen in that month and from month it will happen for sure....
Also bill will go into scheduled state within 2 to 3 days or max 1 week after bill generation. If it is taking more than that time, then scheduling wont happen due to unknown issues.
Bill is paid before 4 days of due date.

After biller is added it may or may not happen in that month and from month it will happen for sure....
Also bill will go into scheduled state within 2 to 3 days or max 1 week after bill generation. If it is taking more than that time, then scheduling wont happen due to unknown issues.
Bill is paid before 4 days of due date.

Attaching one more self explanatory ss. Within a day after bill is generated, I get bill scheduled sms grom Hdfc.
Many people experience the bill scheduling issue where sure shot solution is still unknown just hit n try.

I added the cc autopay but is not scheduled.
So as you said.

Suppose bill date is 9th of evry month.
Due date is 31st of evert month.

Suppose if on 13th & 14th the bill was not scheduled aftet waiting.
If I deleted the old bill now and again readded on 15th , since still it has almost 15days , will it again have any hope to go for schedule section,
Or only we can except from the next cycle.

Does any one tried adding the bill after bill generation date and it went into scheduled section in same cycle???

Yes, few months ago, I added a cc after due date & it still got into scheduled. Let me try to add another one now just for this query. Let's see.
