1. Download oneAssist app through an appstore.
2. Login there with the same phone number used for the Edge+ card.
3. Head to Account --> My Memberships --> View Details --> Three dots on the top right corner --> Avail 3rd party memberships --> then select the Prime membership

I am using ios one assist app,I could not see the 3 dots on the top right corner in ios,instead it shows chat option,which is useless.

@plastikman finally i am seeing the option to apply again. And this solved the year long mystery why they were denying me this card. After entering the pincode the application is now saying, not serviceable. ☹️

Once you enter unserviceable pincode the application is locked. No option to edit. Also they check pincode from aadhaar.
