Yes, you’re right! I noticed the same in my CIBIL report. I took a personal loan on 4th July, and to my surprise, it got updated in CIBIL the very next day itself.

The disbursal happened on 4th July evening around 7:30 PM, and by 5th July, it was already reflected in my credit report. I was honestly shocked — earlier it used to take 1–2 months for lenders to report, but now it's being updated almost instantly! Looks like they’ve really upgraded the reporting process.

My sbi credit card limit increased from 1 lakh to 2 lakh yesterday.
When can I expect this to reflect in cibil?
As I want to apply hdfc Millenia card after the update so that I can get higher limit

Is this for CIBIL(Transunion) only or for Equifax too?

SBI is obsessed with Lunch and here 3 times could mean 3 meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) a day .

BTW does any one know about CSB reporting dates ?
CSB edge card's reporting dates are also 15th and 30th/31st. But the report from CSB gets updated a bit late in CIBIL. It takes 8 to 10 days. I still cannot see the updated report of 30th for my CSB card in CIBIL.

It is 15th and month end (30/31).

I observed my amazon pay and coral cards are getting reported on 15th and month end from last 2 months
If my Amazon card bill is generated on the 12th of the month, will it be reported on the 15th as well? Please share your opinion. I have used up the entire limit of my card today, and I know it will show up in tomorrow's bill. After the bill is generated, if I make the full payment on the 13th or 14th, will it still be reported to CIBIL or Not ?
Or should I just pay more than 70% of the bill amount today?
Need your best opinion gurus ASAP.🙏

Whatever the balances as on 1st and 15th will be reported..doesn't matter about statement date balance in your case.
So if you pay before 15th, then whatever balance left as on 15th will be reported

No worries bro, you're safe for now since your Amazon Pay ICICI card was approved recently. Based on my personal experience:

✅ My Amazon Pay ICICI card was approved on 29-03-2025 and the first CIBIL reporting happened on 30-04-2025.
✅ My second ICICI credit card was approved on 22-04-2025, and its first reporting was on 31-05-2025.

So, from what I’ve seen, CIBIL reporting usually starts from the end of the next month after card approval, not immediately.

In your case, if your card was approved in July 2025, then the first CIBIL update is likely to happen on 31-08-2025. Until then, enjoy the full 100% utilization, but make sure to clear all dues before 31-08-2025 to avoid high utilization being reported.
