Hdfc pre approved auto loan disbursement

I had taken a pre-approved auto loan from HDFC Bank on 28th June, but till now the loan has not been disbursed. When I followed up with the bank, the manager told me that my loan file was somehow deleted from their system, which is why the process got delayed.


Now whats the process to avail the same offer??
Cause my vehicle is ready in the showroom it's electric scooty.
