Best PSB ACCOUNT post zero MAB

Many PSBs have waived offs MABs, in this context can anyone pls suggest a few bank accounts where we can get:

1. Zero DC charges (Virtual DC or Physical DC)
2. Zero SMS alerts charges

I know only BOB/SBI have these facilities or we can turn off SMS alert facilities or turn on VDC facility through app itself. Is there any other accounts from any other PSBs?
