Sir, it's difficult to believe u didn't pursued the matter.

They are saying system giving error 2 cards of same variant cannot be issued. I am not sure if they were doing it right, I mean if they selected 2nd holder or was applying for 1st holder only.

No, some banks have a debit card rewards system, but you need to dig deeper. I am not fully aware if RSDC works and on which platforms.
For example, Canara and BOB have DC reward points.

IOB's RSDC provides 1 year Amazon Prime or 1 year Sony LIV or One year Hotstar. I think you can claim any one per year
