I blocked my iocl card in yono app today morning then I went to non home branch in hyderabad the branch member said here no card is applied in past and signature also not updated and not showing in our system like that they are saying what i have to do

Staff at non home banks don't entertain much. Better to visit home branch and submit a dc closure form and ensure the card is closed. Blocking in yono is also sufficient if you can't visit home branch.

My suggestion is always keep a snapshot of bank staff signed and sealed form as backup until the card arrives. It helps in future complaints if the bank screws up.

Simple. Try in different branch with good reviews in Google. Need not to be home branch.

I am afraid if they agree to apply for correct card, they charge again ☹️

Check which card they applied. Ask them to show the application. Ask them to refund the money. Use the name of RBI ombudsman (it works).
