You will find the reward points value jumped by whatever amount you were expecting based on your trx in statement
But you won't find those points mentioned in the breakup/detailed reward points table in statement
So did you add all points and cross verified that the total points credited match the points earned in current statement?

Even I haven't received March month's additional 5X points.

Nope my spends were too low for past couple of months
HDFC makes these 10x offers more confusing than needed. They could have clearly specified the months during which points would get credited instead of a generic 90 days duration.
Ex: For June 10x offer, they could have menioned, 5x points will be credited in June and balance 5x in Sep 2025
Since there is no clarity, now we need to ensure, we don't do any heavy spends in Smartbuy in July, Aug and Sep months to keep space for balance 5x points

I asked hdfc on email and they said capping will be of the month when the trxn was done
HDFC is giving points as 2 portions. For 1st portion of 10x points, what you are saying is correct. 5x Capping will be of the month when txn was done. But we do not know when 2nd portion of 10x points will get credited? Will it be July/Aug/Sep for tnx done in June

Okay, let me clear again. the points will be given as 1x > 4x > 5x
1x will be given in settlement.
4x will be given 3-5 days after settlement.
5x will be given in 90 days.
1x and 4x I have already received.
Now it doesn't matter when u get the 5x (June/july/aug/sep), HDFC confirmed me in the email that 5x points thta i will get in 90 days, I don't have to worry abt july aug sep, as june is the month for capping of those 5x points.
So let's say you get 5x(90days) in august and you used your card in august anyways for 15k capping. You will still get 15k + 5x of june trxn.

I guess we need to wait for the remaining 5x points to actual credit, I don't believe on most of the info customer care gives as they might be doing a guesswork here as this is once in a while offer with not much detailed terms and conditions.
Same customer care confirmed me that points are given based on settlement date, but according to my spends I have observed those are given according to transaction date and we all know what mess they have created over usage of PP domestically.
