I bought fuel of 2500 via my Sapphiro Visa card last Friday and surcharge was waived off.
If I buy fuel of INR 2500 again but using my Sapphiro Mastercard, will the surcharge waived off again?

I think you can spend in multiples of ₹4000 upto a total of ₹50K in a statement cycle.
