How to upgrade my Axis prestige salary account to a priority salary account?

Hey everyone,

I've been maintaining an Axis Prestige Salary account for the past 3 years. Based on the current credit of my salary, I now fall under the Axis Priority Salary Account eligibility criteria and would like to upgrade my account accordingly.
I noticed there is an option to upgrade via the Axis Mobile App, but it shows that I'm not eligible for the upgrade there. I don't have any RM assigned to my account at the moment.

Could anyone please let me know the process to get this upgrade initiated?

Contact your home branch regarding this they'll give a form for the upgrade if you're matching thier criteria.

Sometimes online application doesn't work properly.

You can mail thier cc over mail also if they have option then thry may upgrade it for you online.
