Indusind Debit cards

I have an indusind account (upstox 3in1) that's around 5 years old by now. It's used mainly for my SIPs since I use separate accounts for daily spends and investments.
I have a Titanium debit card, which imo is pretty much useless for me. It's about to expire and Indusind has sent me email about upgrading it to a premium DC. Those are having high annual fees and doesn't make much sense to me.

I came across Delights debit card (499+tax) and Platinum Carat debit card (free). These offer 5% cashback on fuel spends and that's something I'm finding useful. Is anyone using these cards or know about them? Can I get either of these cards or are there any eligibility criteria or something?

(They had kept my account under Debit freeze and I was thinking of closing this account since then. But somehow, automatically the freeze was removed. They sent a message saying my ticket was resolved. So, wondering if I could make this account of any use)

Looks like platinum carat debit card is specific to Indus Carat Comfort Savings Account which basically a salary account.

However you can get the delights debit card.

Looks like platinum carat debit card is specific to Indus Carat Comfort Savings Account which basically a salary account.

I have emailed my RM and hopefully they respond with details. I read that the cashback on Delight card isn't being credited properly. Are you using any of these?

But that delights debit card won’t be issued to all accounts other than zero balance delight account
Moreover 2 yrs back I used that card no hassles in cashback at that time
I lost the card when I upgraded my account to exclusive

U can’t downgrade account only can upgrade but pls speak to ur branch ppl

what is name of card for the lower variant
and whats the name for upper variant
and whats the charges of both cards
and which savings acc needed to open and get the both cards
