I don't get cif related message on 2nd number. But got mobile number link message with customer id in both number and kyc message. Don't know what happened!!
 
As a joint ac holder unable to register for upi services. Bank should work on this. Every other banks these days offering this feature.
Bro upi not working not even for primary holder.
Linking,setting pin, balance check all good but transactions are failed since account opening.
I can't bring my mom to branch ,so left it like that

Issue is with this particular account type in Joint Mode ?
or single holder also facing same UPI txn issue ?
Or CBOI having same issue with UPI in other Variant too in Joint Mode ?

Let me check for primary. I think that would work. Will confirm.

Edit: in primary holders upi working.
The account not getting displayed/ listed / connected in joint holder upi account.

Yes pin generation through atm also works for mobile banking
Hi, I went to their atm today, and CIF was required even for pin generation so I got the passbook.
I have logged into their cent mobile app, but when I click on debit card when I scroll down it shows some error and RRN number, is the card active for domestic online transactions already? and how can I fix this?

Try logging into netbanking

Today went to branch casually, i greeted same executive Hi sir how r u ,
He's like oh u ,I'm good sir, u shaked entire branch with 1 complaint.
We both laughed and I casually asked him about my upi issue.
He said that don't know why many users facing this issue.
Yesterday i raised ticket for one user,if i get resolution I will inform u also.

Here's the saga anyhow
So yesterday I seriously wrote a complaint email to the regional manager and zonal officer.
Morning at 10am ,Regional manager called and asked the query, he agreed with me and assured to resolve quickly.

After 10mins, BM called me and said I read ur whole complaint, we are sorry for the knowledge of our employees. You should have come to me before escalating further, i didn't know about all this issue.
We are at fault,you attached all supporting docs, we will apply additional debit card and internet banking.

Afternoon he again called me and said we have applied 2nd dc and internet banking, but pls visit branch and give complaint withdraw letter and atm application form.

I told him I cant come. He asked to send scanned copies to his mail. I did.

Hope they learn from their mistakes and don't take customers for granted.

While putting efforts for this account, i felt i shouldn’t have seen this thread or anupama ji shouldn’t have posted this thread.
