Anyway, the AGM confirmed that the bank will pay the compensation. He had informally informed the branch people that they will have to pay for this, in order to intimidate them and make them a bit disciplined.

People say psu bank job is sarkari. I would say no. Nhi toh g mar deta agr koi sarkari babu to bolta apko paisa chukana hoga

When I am trying to apply regular rsdc from Cent mobile it is giving me error that a debit card is already issued on this account. Already have cent queen dc. What I am doing wrong.

Now when I try to register on their cent app it says card isn't activated yet, and net banking asks for CIF.

Anyone please help me on how this is done?
I only have account number and card details I guess.

U have to visit branch to get app token. Or generate dc pin first through atm then u can login with dc

Actually, I did visit to get the passbook but that day those guys were having some meeting and told me to wait and didn't tell me how long it would take, so I left as I thought dc and cheque book would do the job.

Today went to branch for Cent Queen Account opening for joint Holder. Application Done. They completed the ekyc. Asked me to visit the branch on Monday. They Didn't provide me any cif & account number today. Is it normal? Any way to login cent mobile ? Hope they will apply cent queen dc for 2nd holder too.

Call the bank and ask for CIF, it will be required for atm activation, app registration etc. Bank will give this immediately instead of token as they know tokens will take lot of there time trying to register on app
