I thought they would release the full 10x for debit cards all at once, but it seems that is not the case.

Are you sure...because the merchant is "Myntra via Smartbuy" and there's no way to determine what kind of purchase is that. One should get 5X.

HDFC mentioned that in their T&C, I'm sure they will check every myntra order before processing cashback. The fact they have 90 days, it's enough.
