Yup so you aren't eligible for cashback of May
Dont count 5000 credit of account opening funding, I'm pretty sure that is not counted.
The next credit transaction you made was of 6000, however you had to make it exactly of 5000 so this one also isn't eligible

From next month, make exact 5000 credit transactions

I know thats written in the t&c, however in the faq sections it's written like this

So the point is there is a vague benefit of doubt in this part, this is the very reason I myself stuck to exact 5000 deposit and not a penny more

Yup, only use case I see myself are for groceries and other shopping etc
For cc bill, there's a method with 0.59% conv. charges through Savesage app, check out the thread

Not true in may month I did 10K add money Transection got 500 without issue.
Even on June did 10K Transection will post once get CB.
 
I am new to this thread and apologies before hand if it has been talked out before. If not can anyone please confirm if this is happening with their 811 super account as well and update in the first post if it is.

Well here's what happened. Today being the first of the month, I went to add 5000 plus in my account. Every time, I used the debit card option to load the money. This time also I chose debit card option. It got selected but then the payment page did not load. It got stuck in limbo I tried many times still the same issue persisted. Nothing happened.
Then I tried the net banking option to add money. The same thing happened. The option got selected but nothing happened. Tried many times.
Even asked my friend to check in his account. Same issue happened with him as well.

My hunch is that Kotak has removed the option for debit card and net banking at the api level. Even though the option is showing but nothing is happening when clicked.

To add money, debit card was my go to option as used to get some reward points but I guess that has been removed as well.

I might be wrong though so request if anyone could check in their account and confirm.
