Pay Credit Card bill using Amazon gv or 5% SBI Cashback credit card

I made a 3 consecutive payments(100, 5k, 4k) and surprisingly all are successful. Is this app legal?

Frankly speaking, No. This app is there only to get card details, mobile numbers linked of users and data collection, mining and then selling data to other data hoggers. That's why I never used any TPA. For a meagre amount of money can't sell my data here and there.

For me any app from banks itself or Govt is a good to go although Govt servers are more prone to leaks than banks. Atleast there is accountability from both of them. But these apps come and without notice close down at will.

Use SaveSage instead with multiple txns under 1975, as using dc has charges in hitch

Yes, but on third try with payu gateway and cashfree gateway often fails after entering otp. Only paid test amount let's see if I really get my points or not

Fetch bill > select amount to pay > wallets > PhonePe > enter credit card details

I used sbi cb, idk merchant can vary on VISA/Master cards

Paid directly from hitch app got merchant - Hitch Zone in SMS and the mcc is 4900.
