I’ve been using AeronPay for the past 3 months mainly for credit card bill payments, utility recharges, and occasionally for QR-based payments at local shops.

  • Raised a support ticket → refund processed within 48 hours. No hassle.
  • You can track refund status inside the app.

  • Contacted them once via email for a cashback clarification.
  • Response came in under 12 hours — polite and to the point.

Final Thoughts​

Is AeronPay safe? Based on my usage, yes — I had no security concerns.
Is AeronPay legit? I believe so — everything worked as expected.

I think we should be aware of these fraudsters in the name of Aeronpay, they have not processed my 11k credit card bill from July 2024 month payment, now they have stopped replying to my reminder mail, now they have become like that "kar lo jo karna hai hum to refund nahi karenge". Very very bad app. Bro, OP you look like stake holder in Aeronpay app!

Are you representative of Aeronpay app? Kindly share the mail id which you used for communicating these scammers, they are not replying to my mails for months and my 11k is still stuck with them, and I can not make any RBI complaint against these fraudsters as i think they are not registered with RBI even.
 
Don't dare to try this app.
My 40K was stucked after complain on national consumer helpline they settled amount.
