Regarding refund on Axis card

I was about to recieve a refund from Myntra but rather than recieving refund messages ..

i recieved transaction declined messages for the same amount that was to about to be refunded..
what's happening ..i cant understand .. Please help me regarding this..

I made a transaction of 2194 on myntra consisting of 4 products and 3 products were returned so .. there were 3 refunds of this amount ..but i recieved transaction declined messages ..

it so that transaction refund initiated by myntra on my card and that was declined ??
but i dont think that refunds can be declined

I placed an order on Flipkart using FK axis cc yesterday and today the order was automatically cancelled by seller, I got an sms and email from axis regarding the refund. Checked the card statement in app and transaction which was showing as "processing" is now gone. My guess is that once the trnx is settled, its refunded if cancelled and if its under processing then its reversed.

Check online statement / unbilled transaction after 2-3 days to get clarity on what is happening.

Same here...the refund is showing up as a debit transaction. I think it will get rectified once the transaction is settled in next 2days

I called Axis Bank Customer Support and they mentioned that the refund declined because it was not sent as a refund over the same transaction Id, Not sure how that is related but yeah not getting any proper response from both parties

Has your transaction got settled or does it show in progress status against the transaction?

No the transaction is not even showing of refund and the transaction I did was 7 days old that is reflecting but refund is not even hitting anywhere in the app, just message and mail from Axis stating declined

Yes, the transaction will get reversed within 5-7 days. Don't worry. If it doesn't, then reach out to axis chat support for help.
