1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

I enabled smartpay 5 days before due date, but it's not yet paid. Due date is 23rd june.

Hello folks, I had a Axis bill scheduled for payment for June 27. But by mistake I clicked on stop payment. And the bill was removed from scheduled payments.
I later deleted the biller and added it back but still it is not showing up in Scheduled payment.
Any Idea how I can get it back on and ensure the payment goes through.

It is a huge amount and I don't want to miss out on the cashback. So please me.

This month its gone now... it will come into scheduled only for next month bill..

it gets paid only if it comes to scheduled status... please check once...if not better luck next month...

Month ke starting me yes bank ka bill tha 20000+, vo to fail hua nahi tha. Axis ka bill 20,750 me approval deni pad rahi hai. Can we modify or check this limit somewhere ?

hdfc smartpay has many limitations.. playing with it and modifying in between doesnt work as expected...

Didn't get your question clearly but if you are asking about HDFC Platinum Easyshop Cashback, it is Rs 750 per calendar month.

I meant cashback is given based on which date ? Bill due date or SI execution date.
If bill due date is 2 june , SI will excute 4 days before due date is 28 may .
So cashback will be considered for may or June ?

I had my icici credit card added to hdfc bill pay without smartpay enabled. Today I deleted it and registered using smartpay enabled and payment mode as platinum debit card. My icici bill is already generated and is due on July 02. Will my smartpay execute for this month and will I receive my 1% cashback?

The bill must go into scheduled section then autopay executes and then sure u will receive CB based on your DC variant
other wise from next billing cycle u will receive

since the due date is near,but have almost one week time, I am hoping as per my experience it will move into scheduled section
wait until this month end, if not went , Then u pay it manually , and better luck from next cycle

Yes, no cashback on paying manually through HDFC DC.

yes only when it undergoes autopay

the system automatically fetches the bill and schedules it in autopay , which u can see in INB
and 2-3 days before due date it pays in autopay the CB is comming

Debit on 1st July.
Payment should reflect on same date as debit date.
