Instead of retro claim I would recommend everyone to enter their BluChip ID at the time of web check in. I generally get the bluchips credited as the flight lands.

I never saw an option to do so, where did you see it?

It’s very random at first look. I will calculate the RR soon. Recently I was trying to burn the points but it was too much from the last time.

Ohk, apparently they don't provide the original amount in the invoice. But I redeemed it at good RR, probably 1:~1. Not it seems 1:~0.5.

For the airfare charges, yes. Right now for the same route and same price, it’s showing 8K bluechip points for next 3 months.

I need that notifications should keep coming on this thread only then I remember to retro claim the bluechips.

Retro claim still not working. Not able to find an option on the UI and the direct link is just taking to homepage.

It started working now. Just claimed 3 flight points for my mom account. Thanks

1) flight shld be 90 days or less.
2) only Passenger linked with Bluchip can be claimed. Say 2 pax if your name is visible then Bluchip will given only for you and not for the 2nd pax
3) Name of the passenger shld match with Bluchip Id name.

If everything is fine, then mail indigo team with ticket in pdf, Bluchip id and error screenshot. They will get back to you within few hours and they will add your chips.

I did the same when error displayed.
I had issue with first name and last name exchanged in ticket. They sorted it out and added my chips

thanks but baap re it is almost a government office thing. I have 4-5 flights that I took last month that match all the requirements but given the long list of items above, I am hesitant to put in the effort now. probably muhurat nikalwana padega 🙂
Do you know what is the reward rate %? That might give me some motivation...
If I claim for roughly 50k flights in total how much rupees worth rewards i am looking at?
