same happened with me when I opened Udaan account joint.

1st card came in primary holder name within 1 week. i thought well & good. then i took follow-up for 2nd card which they said it got issued, but failed to give tracking details. raised complaint for the 2nd card & escalated the matter from branch itself. finally HO got involved, they said the card i already had is of secondary holder. and that they're issuing one for the primary holder now, by blocking & re-issuing the original 2nd card in their system. finally got it.

Sadly - too much of efforts for debit card.

Same features + bms 500 per month (so benefit of 6k).
I recieved their normal rupay select only.. not elite metal rupay select.. everyone recieved elite metal dc automatically?

Yes normal rupay select have same features as metal one except bms 500/month

+ If we want to get metal.. we have to block the current one and request for new debit card (which will have 100+gst charges again).. ubi also forgot to update my email ID when I opened an account that now they added 50+gst charges to update email id as well... Small things/charges but still all these are usually covered especially if they forgot during new account opening.

I am confused if I will receive the elite welcome kit since I didn’t open a new account and already have older debit card.
