Their alliances are strategic to certain goals at best. And while we don't have to discuss religion, one country is theocratic autocracy while the other two persecute people from that religion.
And Iran has one of the largest oil reserves of good quality oil.

Even though Israel always stand in favour of India when it comes against PAKISTAN or China. Still, I think Israel and USA has attacked Iran first. Hence, Iran likely get more emotional support.

Expect a huge inflation in crude oil prices. Nuclear facility in Iran has been obliterated by the US operation ''Midnight hammer''. Iran would try to retaliate but this could escalate the situation in the region.
