Hi Team
My cousin opened idfc salary acc and the agent had connected his bank accounts.
Seems he for connecting one has to have 3 accs and my cousing had sbi apart from IDFC and it was connected

However for third acc he add connected some other person acc and said it's zero balance acc n prob but I find it suspicious

When I tried to disconnect it went to anumati and here I saw that the acc Totally had 4 out of which two are his and other two are some others

What to do in this case?

I have told my cousin to ask the agent how he added the account of someone else first for connecting

They are told to connect other account in the team meeting it's their job
It's your to deny it

If some account added in your name which isn't your visit that bank and get clarification it's not idfc it's the other bank account which is reflecting

99 % it must be boi or uco etc

So is it like bob and iob have used my phone number and opened acc for some one else? Hence the same reflecting in anumati

Have you tried de-linking from Anumati? Visit the respective branch and sort the matter out. If not, make a complaint to the bank's grievance department.
