HSBC Cashback is now Live+

My HSBC smart value CC was discontinued and was given a choice to upgrade to platinum(LTF) and live+(paid). Can anyone confirm whether HSBC live+ card works with dreamfolks website for lounge access? And I don't think lounge access is restricted to primary card only, bcoz I have other add-on cards which offers same benefits as primary card holder.

They are not tie-up with dreamfolks, but when I contacted customer care they gave the list which is match with official visa list .

You are lucky that store has mcc 5921. Generally they don't have that mcc

Yup. It works for most of the liquor stores in banglore. Most of the big outlets like madhuloka give 10%

Those are not correct for liquor store. Try at some big store. 5921,5715 and 5813 are the only three alcohol related mcc's and live plus only gives 10% on the first one

I was eyeing this card for quite sometime and finally received it. The process was quite smooth and fast. To receive the 1000 rs welcome bonus, do they count 30 days from date of card activation or date of card issuance? Anyone has any idea? Also will I get 100rs cashback or 250rs voucher on card activation?

here is the surprise, it's card approved date which we don't know! so ensure after getting your card to complete the transaction 5-10 days before 30 days period.

I have received the card today (19th June) and can see 17th June printed on the document came with it. So I was assuming that will be the issuance date. But thanks for the heads up, I will try to complete the spending a few days earlier.

they used to give 250 earlier, now it's 100. also, a little hack for new users - you can apply via cashin for an extra 3500. dm for link.

I wish I knew it before. Applied through cashkaro and it was showing 2500 there. Hope I will receive it.

most probably you will, error rate at max is 5%
