Merchant did not receive UPI payment with cc rupay

I made a INR 4130 UPI payment with IDFC rupay cc to a merchant with there HDFC UPI QR code tent thing. The amount has been dedicated from my card and it has been billed and the bank has told me the amount is settled. But the merchant is saying they have not received the amount, I checked the transaction history on their HDFC POS system and it does not reflect my transaction. Though my payment was done to the UPI QR code on tent successfully

Does anyone know what I should do here?

No, the tent did not have a speaker like the paytm ones. Also it seems the phone that is linked to the bank account is not present there. They just have the HDFC pos machine, but I did not use that for UPI payment. Just the tent with the QR code though I assume it should show up in the POS machine since they were showing me transaction history in that machine

This transaction happened yesterday and it was raised to me by merchant today. IDFC told me payment was settled and it is also billed to my statement

No since I used the QR code tent. The tent and POS machine are separate so if I make payment to the QR code in tent, it won’t produce paper slip and since transaction showed successful, I did not think much. The employees said ok and took photo of the transaction on my phone

I am a bit worried about this action since last time I filed a chargeback, IDFC ended up crediting temporary balance to my card twice by mistake and I overpaid my cc bill and with extra credit on the card, my cibil had a 6 points drop
cibil will not drop bcoz of extra payment. cibil to change hota hi rahta hai. If u made payment n he has not received in 4-5 days then charge back is d only option.

Yes the issue is this is my gym so this is becoming a bigger issue then normal, or else I would have just ignored after all my options were exhausted to fix it. the only thing they haven’t done is check their bank account statement. They have only showed me the POS machine transaction history. Should I ask them to check their bank account statement?
 
cibil will not drop bcoz of extra payment. cibil to change hota hi rahta hai. If u made payment n he has not received in 4-5 days then charge back is d only option.
I will consider this by end of the week. It is frustrating and now after digging more, it seems this seems to be a recurring thing with the HDFC UPI QR code tent and cc rupay UPI payments. Though I haven’t found a resolution in any of those posts except to ask OP to ask merchant to check bank statement or OP just giving up

Ask them to check in account statement, or login to HDFC Vyapar app on mobile and check txn

Do 1 thing email idfc about that transaction and ask if it's successful or not . They will reply your transaction is successful and settled to merchant.
Now take print out of that conversation email and give to your gym .
They will ask HDFC about that transaction.
