Utility bill payment declined due to risk. Bizblack. PayZapp.

"Denied by Risk". This keeps coming up whenever I try to make BSES electricity bill payment. The card that I'm using is HDFC BizBlack on PayZapp since it fetches points if business utility bill is paid. Previously the amount was around 94-95k and I've been paying that for months but this time it's more than 100k. I don't even get the automated call that comes from HDFC in case of higher amount transactions. The customer support says it's not being denied from our end. How to fix this? Tried talking to my RM, he isn't able to help, neither is the credit card department. Attachment below for reference.

Wait whole day and try again. If the card isn't saved in payzapp, then pls do

It's usual tantrums of Payzapp and Phonepe as well
I've been trying it for 5 days now. No luck.. I've tried reinstalling the app, deleted my card and saving it again, nothing has helped yet. I guess a one lakh rupee transaction is too scary or "risky" for hdfc credit card department.

Try to add the card, do some other transaction through payzapp using the card (like fastag recharge etc), add the biller; Try once, let it fail, wait for 24~48 hours and then try again. It worked for me when I first added the card in payzapp (though I am not implying that it should work in your case. Also my payment was around 20k, not 100k.)

However, with electricity payment above 75,000; you will be charged 1% convenience fee and get only 2000 RP. Is it worth it in that case?
