Using UPI handle for the first time

Can Myntra check whether I have used MobiKwik UPI handle before, if I am completely new to Myntra app/website?

Question arises because of the 3rd point here. It says users should be new to MobiKwik UPI.

if its fulfilled by mobikwik.. they know
if its myntra.. they dont
