I own a cashback/live + card & I spent 1.96L last year, I was just 4k short of 2L annual milestone for annual fee waver, so I thought maybe they will wave it if I ask nicely on chat, so I just asked and they denied. I have perfect record of bill payment with them (and all other cards). Should I ask them on call or email again? Because this time I asked on chat.
