As of now no. There is no option to apply for add on in system like they do for other card, they will apply as new card. I will be mailing "mobhelp@pnb.co.in" asking clarification. Let's see what they reply

@binno , My branch told me that they can't open as a add on but they will be applying as a new card and hence i will be charged for it and they will apply under code SAI. They will apply one today and another one the next day. Was this the process for you as well ?

Any1 in new pnb salary ac able to get add on card? I complain to pno got call frm bm. He says as per documents u r eligible bt system not allowing. If i want any card other dan rsdc dey will issue. They can issue more primary cards bt dat wud be chargeable.

Addon apply nahin ho raha new variants main. Thats the conclusion a very friendly PNB staff reached after trying everything possible. She showed me the monitor too.

Its a backend/systems problem jo grievance redressal pe daal ke hi theek hona chahiye.
Meanwhile, there was an option to apply for another primary card, which I got issued in my wifes name. Same variant. Not yet received or activated.
So now I have two primary cards (fee charged for the second one), will redeem benefits of the first, and then activate second one. If both remain active, then cool, else a lengthy email streak would begin.

I believe the additional primary is actually an addon.
Will apply for the third primary tomorrow.

in case of add on dere r no charges. However in dis case u have to pay dc charges. Paisa is d difference here. card per naam koi bhi ho kya fark padta hai. humen to bus 1rs wali transaction karni hain

pahle jo salary ac the old wale unme add on k charges nhi lagte the. abhi bhi add on system nhi apply karne de rha. agar system se add on apply ho to clear hoga ye.

Actually, 2nd one is active but not 'linked' with the a/c yet. I have to drop them a mail to link the 2nd primary.

Mujhe lagta hai email karne se nai hoga
Automatic hi 3-4 din baad hojata. Kyunki maine email kiya tha to udhar se reply aya.
Apna Issue saaf saaf likhe with photo.
