Has anyone used meet and greet service provided complimentary with Au zenith+, i'll be booking it for the first time. Is it worth it?

Booked it for 11th, will update how it goes.
It’s pretty good but make sure they send proper confirmation. I availed it at Mumbai. They give you entry through gate 1 of the airport which is usually reserved for business and first class passengers. They will have someone waiting with your name on a board. After that they send a porter with you who will carry your bags, check them in and assist you all the way through immigration. No priority was given during immigration checks however. After that they will take you through duty free and then finally will give you a buggy ride to your gate.

Well i had an amazing experience, a guy was waiting outside gate 8 for me which is the staff and service entrance, he carried my bag with a porter, no line on the service entrance, then got to checkin my bag at business counter of the airlines with only 2 people in front, the normal line had around 50. Got express checkin at the immigration counter too at the business class counter even got to get in front of the people in that line. All in all was in the lounge in just 20 minutes even with pre booking my liquor at the dutyfree. Outed to end the service at the lounge as my boarding gate was very near. So overall very impressive service, my friend who came with me and had to do normal checkin took an hour more than me to reach the lounge.

Which airport was it? also the meet n greet is just for you? say If we have booked tickets for 2 people together will they help out both?

Delhi IGI airport, and yes it was just for me. If you book for 2 the extra person will be charged.
extra person charged with full rate (unless there is an offer running at that time), mostly not worth it but as said if one finds time more valuable and lost option, can use otherwise its strictly solo travellrs
