I am unbale to make advance payment for Pixel Play card
I tried in CRED and ( Payzapp, Payment method not supported it is showing)

payzapp should work, go to pixel card page and pay from there itself

Pay through payzapp only. If you pay through any other app, they will charge Finance charges. Same has happened to me and it took more than 3 months for reversal of those charges.

Can u explain a bit more.

Are u saying that paying for pixel card thru any other app will result in finance charges or it's just got delayed and that incurred finance charges!!

I paid full amount due through Cred app immediately after bill generation, but in next bill I was charged finance charges. When I contacted customer care, I was told that they do not recognise payments through third party apps as bill payment and hence finance charges. Customer care advised to make payments only through Payzapp

unipay and setu not able to fetch details properly, showing error invalid combination of customer parameters

Read help section of payzapp BBPS is not supported! Even HDFC credit card payment / payzapp cant detect these cards.
Only way is to pay via PixelCard homepage in payzapp app! (forget about double dip ) 🙂

Last time I tried, I could not pay using indusind/Sbi but Kotak and Axis worked

I am in the UK, and due to regional restrictions, I am not able to use my Payzapp application here. I tried to add the card in CRED, but that is not working. I tried to add the card using HDFC online banking, which is not working. I've sent an email to the support team as well, but they are taking longer to respond. Can anyone please tell me how I can pay the bill?

Just use Indian IP vpn.
